By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Boltex Game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the application.

Boltex Game is a collection of classic games (Ludo, Dominoes and Tic-Tac-Toe / XO) that allows users to:

• Play against the computer at different difficulty levels.
• Play with other people on the same device (Pass & Play).
• Play online matches with random players, or in rooms you create for friends.
• Access game settings and available features within the application.

Boltex Game does not require users to create an account or log in to use the core features of the game.

You agree to use Boltex Game only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the application.

You must not:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the game or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application or its services.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized software to manipulate online gameplay.
• Attempt to abuse, attack, or disrupt online multiplayer services.
• Reverse engineer or modify the application except where permitted by applicable law.

Boltex Game may provide online multiplayer functionality, including random matches and rooms. Every room is listed in Open rooms, where any player can join it; add a room password if you only want people you tell to join, and don't use a password you use anywhere else.

Boltex Game is for entertainment only. There is no betting, no real-money prizes and no purchasable advantage; dice rolls are random for every player.

When using online multiplayer, you agree to play fairly and not intentionally attempt to disrupt the experience of other players.

Because online multiplayer depends on internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure, Boltex Game does not guarantee that online matches will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Boltex Game at any time.

We may also release updates, bug fixes, improvements, or changes to the application to improve performance, security, or functionality.

Boltex Game, including its name, logo, design, graphics, interface, software, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the application without appropriate authorization.

Boltex Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or completely free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boltex Game and its developer shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the application.
